With his 44 years of expertise/experience, he continues to provide to all global clients with the secured legal and commercial knowledge and competencies in end to end supply chain and global logistics / warehousing / risks and finance management in containerized / break - bulk/ liquid / perishable / pharma cargoes as well as for acquisition and mergers processes through comprehensive individual strong back up support in important fields of trade / commerce / Int’l trade / project finance / marine insurance / shipping related commercial as well as legal competencies.
Dr. Mapara is accredited Expert and Arbitrator of Dubai International Arbitration Centre (D. I. A. C.) – Dubai. He is a member of the Board of Supply Chain & Logistics Group (SCLG) – UAE, a member of the Board of Indian Business & Professional Council (IBPC)– Dubai & Secretary General / Transport & Logistics Commission –a/c ICC Paris – UAE Chapter – Dubai
Dr. Mapara holds Bachelor’s in Commerce and Laws and also from Chartered Institute of Ship Brokers, UK / India degrees & finally doctorate degree in three principal faculties i.e. Maritime Law & Ship Management, Marine Insurance & Finance / Banking practicing actively in all above fields with his global touch.
